Founder & Technology LeadFaimara Intelligence Group was founded by Faisal Shah, a software professional with more than 15 years of experience building, supporting, and modernizing enterprise digital systems across public and private-sector environments.
His background includes full-stack application development, cloud platforms, APIs and system integration, databases, application security, technical discovery, legacy modernization and digital transformation.
His professional experience includes work with organizations such as PCL Construction, the Government of Alberta, Stantec, Hamilton Health Sciences, Innomar Strategies and Microsoft Canada. His public-sector technology experience also included supporting applications serving Alberta's oil and gas sector.
Today, that enterprise software background helps shape Faimara's approach: understand the workflow first, introduce automation where it creates measurable value, keep people in control, and integrate with the systems businesses already depend on.
Faisal is bilingual in English and French, and Faimara welcomes consultations and support in either language — a natural fit for Western Canada's francophone business communities.
